We want you to love your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns for store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
- Final Sale items, accessories, bodysuits, and gift cards cannot be returned.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
How to Return:
- Email coastcasualms@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue store credit via a digital gift card within 5-7 business days.
We do not offer refunds to the original payment method unless the item is defective or incorrect.
